Room Hire

Are you looking for an accessible space to run a workshop, hold a meeting, host a team building day or party, or something else? We have a bright and flexible function room for hire which can accommodate a wide range of different event formats for you and your guests. Our room hire prices start from as little as £20.00 per hour.

We’re open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-4pm, and our function room is available for hire during this time. Hiring our space outside of these hours is possible too. Please see our pricing options below.

What’s included

Use of function room + optional extras at no extra cost; tables, chairs, fridge freezer.

Regular Open Hours
£20 per hour

Out of Hours
£30 per hour

For reference, our function room measures 8 meters x 4 meters and can hold 40 people standing, 30 people seated in rows, or 20 people seated around tables.

Additionally, a 6 meters x 3 metres marquee can be provided outside the room for the entirety of your event at an additional flat rate of £20. Please say if you require this so it can be set up in advance.

More Information

Please note there are no catering facilities on site so you would have to make your own arrangements with an external supplier if catering is something you require.

Hot drinks can be supplied via our commercial hot drinks machine – a tab can be set up for you.

We ask payment is made in advance no later than 30 working days before the hire date and is payable by either cash, card or cheque. Alternatively, if you would like to pay online we can make our BACS information available.

All hire fees go to Green’s Windmill Trust (charity no.1163116) and will help keep the site open for the enjoyment of future generations.
